To provide our AI generation services, we collaborate with third-party AI model providers.

  • List of Processors: Depending on the model you select, your Content Data (prompts, uploaded images/videos) may be processed by providers including but not limited to OpenAI (Sora), Kuaishou (Kling), Google, Runway, MiniMax (Hailuo), and Alibaba (Wan).
  • What We Share: We only share the minimum information necessary for content generation. We do not share sensitive personal identifiers such as your account ID, email address, or billing information with these processors. All data transmitted for AI processing is de-identified where technically feasible.
  • Model Selection: By selecting a specific AI model in your API request, you decide which third-party provider processes your creative inputs. If you do not wish to have your data processed by a specific provider, you may choose an alternative model or refrain from using features powered by that provider.

04. Developer Responsibility

If you use our API Services to process data on behalf of your own end-users, you are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy, obtaining all necessary consents from your end-users, and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Your use of the API Services is subject to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

05. User Control and Choice

We believe in giving you full control over how your data is processed.

  • Model Selection: The Service provides a "Model" or "Engine" switching feature. By selecting a specific AI model (e.g., switching from Kling to Runway), you are exercising your right to decide which third-party service provider processes your creative inputs.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not wish to have your data processed by a specific third-party provider, you may choose to use alternative models or refrain from using features powered by that specific provider.

06. Content Restrictions

To maintain a safe, ethical, and responsible platform, we have established the following content restrictions for all users of our AI-generated content website. These restrictions apply to any content generated, uploaded, or shared on our platform.

Accordingly, while our Service is designed to avoid adult, violent, or sensitive content, the unpredictable nature of AI means it is intended for users aged 18 and older.

Your content may not contain nudity, biometric data, violence, sexually explicit material, or any harmful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise offensive content, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
